Orders & Payments

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All payments must be completed online using the available secure payment methods.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.
A packaging video will be sent to your WhatsApp before dispatch.
Do not accept parcels that appear damaged or tampered.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
No returns for dislike, size issues, or change of mind.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
