Packaging Video

Before dispatch, we record a packaging video of your exact product and send it to your registered WhatsApp number.
This ensures transparency and product verification.

Receiving the Parcel

Please do not accept the parcel if:

It is visibly damaged
Packaging looks tampered
Seal is broken

Once accepted, courier damage cannot be claimed.
