We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Night Blooming Jewels. Since jewellery is delicate, we follow a strict but fair return and refund process.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged,
Defective, or
A wrong item was delivered.

No returns will be accepted for:

Change of mind
Dislike of design
Color/size not matching expectations
After using or wearing the product
Normal wear, fading, or oxidation over time is a natural characteristic of imitation jewellery and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Exposure to water, moisture, sweat, perfume, deodorants, chemicals, or cosmetics may cause fading, discoloration, or damage.
Such damage is considered usage-related and is not covered under refunds or replacements.

Return Process

Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Provide photos/video of the issue.
Ship the product back to us in unused condition with original packaging.

Shipping costs for returning the product may be borne by the customer unless the item delivered was wrong.

Refund Timeline

After we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection.
If approved, a refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

Packaging Video Usage

The packaging video we send before dispatch acts as a reference in case of disputes.

Legal & Jurisdiction

All disputes related to refunds or returns will be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
